IMBA Helps Build Mountain Bike Trails - Surrey BC Canada

Representatives from the International Mountain Bicycling Association will be contributing to a 3 day BC Recreation and Parks conference in Surrey next week. They will conclude their stay with field work at the popular South Surrey Bike Park.The Surrey Off Road Cycling Enthusiasts Society (SORCE) has worked with in cooperation with the City of Surrey on the Bike Park project on the past 5 years and looks forward to IMBA's support. SORCE Trail Coordinator Patrick Vipond comments, "The timing is perfect. We will be getting the park ready for our Mountain Bike race series in April and IMBA will certainly help raise the profile of our upcoming volunteer trail work session" which will be held on Saturday, February 19th.
