Brendan was at Worlds but he was reserve rider so if anyone was injured, he would have taken their place. He was a reserve because he had a broken thumb and missed a lot of World Cups.
He is calm and composed on the track
I'm glad he let the other rider know he was going to pass, unlike Brian lopes At the jeep air downhill preview. I am not down talking Brian he is a real shredder but c'mon..common cortousy.
I think its safest to just blow past. People sometimes freeze in the middle of the track or cut in front of you. Not saying anything keeps people acting predictable. I'll usually call out the side i want to pass on.
Yes for sure I have to agree with you. When I'm passing I will call out "on your left" or "on your right" and when the person in front of me moves clearly out of my way I will pass when the time is right. Like I previously said common courtesy.
when he is pedaling, he stills talking...if I do the same, I probably dead of asphyxia ! The Gopro angle in the "full speed" berms is awesome ! If you want to see an amateur riding the same track, this is my friens 3 weeks ago : www.pinkbike.com/video/273432 (the vidéo start at the end of the pedaling section !)

Next thing you'll say 'try it with a sheep, bit more interesting'.
