The tires hit the track at the
UCI World Cup in Mont Sainte Anne, Quebec for the first downhill practice session of the event. Riders were greeted with a faster, less-rough track than years prior as some of the rocky, rooty sections of old have been plowed into speedy, open freeways. The sun was out and though it had rained hard the previous day, track conditions were near-premium. Today riders were just getting acquainted with the course as they prepare for the big show on Sunday.
