yeah definatly a new crank set and new front sprocket... Remove your chian guard and stuff like that then you would have to get new forks... Something like argyle 318's

well i dont ride MTB so i cant tell whats different or not, but usually i believe 175mm is the norm

yah man, i got those macneill conjoined cranks and i ride them at 175
