sounds like a sweet build...i'd say get a pivital seat/post. they're lighter
and look better. and for a headset...go to danscomp.com and look at there integrated
headsets. all of them are nice. ex:kink fbm impact. oh and get pimplights

I'm using pivotal on my current DJ bike and miss the forward adjustment so I want to go back to rails

SOunds like a good build. Are you going with a Tree Splined? Just do some checking to make sure the splined will work on a Vandetta spindle. I rmember some people talking that the spline did not work. I know they are both a 48-spline and 19mm but for some reason a few people had issues.

Other than that looks good.

What exactly makes the splined one different from the regular sprocket?

Frame: Black Market Riot (Mint Color)
Fork: 2007/2008 Fox Float 32 RL (Dark Grey or Light Grey)
Rim: Either Atomlab Pimplite or Mavic EX721 (Help me out here)
Hub: MTB SS Profile Front and Rear (Deep Purple, don't know what color would go good with the mint frame)
Cranks: Deity Vendetta (Black)
Brake: Hayes El Camino (Already have it so don't bother saying a juicy is better, I have a juicy on my current bike and it performs absolutely great but the El Camino was $65 on JensonUSA, couldn't pass up on that deal!)
Tires: Schwable Table Top
Bars: Deity 25.4mm (Black)
Stem: Thomson Elite 50mm 25.4mm Clamp (Black)
Grip: ODI Longneck (Black)
Headset: FSA Impact (I really don't know what headsets are good when it comes to integrated headsets so help here would be nice too)
Seat: S&M Thin Seat (Black)
Seatpost: Thomson 27.2mm (Black)
Seatclamp: Salsa 30mm (Black)
Chain: Mechanik Half-Trac Chain
Chainring: Tree-Lite 25T (Black)
Pedals: Odyssey Twisted PC Pedals (Clear)
sounds prime. watch out for the el camino though, you should bleed it when you get it.

Splined Tree has the 48-spline similar to the crank arm. The regular one has just the round opening in either 19 or 22mm.

Why do people start a new thread everytime they dream of building up a new bike. Chances are you wont build it and therefore it shouldn't be a thread. End./
