Hey man i actually ride with Paul once and a while and he runs his bass with the Mar 55. He doesnt run it fully extended though( he said it makes the steering a little weird.) but he loves it.

its relatively light. its got an aluminum frame. i have a hard tail and the bass only weighs a little more. all in all its a good weight for its size.
