Just unwrapped my new frame from the box, 2020 honzo st, and there's a flat spot at the top of the steerer tube. Is this normal?

Had this happen with a Big Honzo ST. No paint blemishes whatsoever. Definitely a factory defect. Submit that warranty claim ASAP.
