Found this old beauty for free at a community treasure hunt. Anyone know what it is?
Serial Number is 171570

Has Norco stickers and badge but a different stiffner design then anything i can find.
Has Tange TX-1200 forks, red pedals, red wheels, red sprocket, red brake lever on when i found it

Rim Serial numbers only on rear.
Front rim: Tuff Wheel I no visible numbers

Back Rim: Tuff Wheel II Serial: 0259173
