Hey! Just wondering what bike park instructors / guide wages are and what, if any, gear perks and benefits they get from their employer. Also, do employers provide bikes to instructors? Seems like there would be a lot of wear and tear costs for park staff using their own bikes.... Thanks for the feedback!

Minimum wage, use your own Bike, might get discount on parts.... It's a job you do cause you like it.
My kid is a patroller at a resort.
