I am a 24 years old guy from Houston. i have a good health in my childhood and when I was a high-school student I was fit. But from 4 years it's going to the minus and i still losing my weight and structure. I used to take some weeds as I need them. And there is no time table for my meal. Most of the days I have to eat 2 times, morning and night. I thought it was enough for maintaining fitness but i can't.
Now here I am asking the expert which effect making me minus- weeds or Proper meals. How can I improve my condition and I must have to change as I need to work for myself.

Yeah just I have understand the mistake. Sorry for that guys.
As you say the problem is probably only eating twice a day. Especially when doing sport you should eat 4 to 5 meals a day to keep you food processing up.
