How to build a berm with a kick at the exit of it?

They are quite tricky to get right, my main tip would be to not try and build a kick off a very tight radius berm for a 1st try, it's much easier to get the kick just right when dealing with a shallower angle.

And build it only using dirt so that when you make adjustments to it it's much easier to deal with

Some more items for inspiration:
Finishing Berm to Berm
  Jumping from Berm to Berm is super fun

Berm destroyer
  This has the most natural feel, around the corner and immediately pump down a roller

270 berm
  Same thing... around the corner and pump down a roller

hip into berm
  Looks like a Sharkfin in the background

Yeah it's kinda like a berm that ends half way so you take off leaned over
