Oh dear, Almost got all my parts together for the build, next week I am going to build my Meta!
Came here to ask about the internal routing. I own a Hope E4 and wanted to fit it on the Commencal with a 183mm disc in the rear. Do you think it will fit my XL frame or should I go for the 203mm rotor?
Second thing: Many people complained about the noises that the housings make that are in the frame? How did you solve this issue? I read something about using zip ties?

Yep as far as i got i gues you will need 203 rotors, bud not 100% sure if it fits untill i test it myself.
I never had anny problem with noise from internal cables.

Yeah the zip ties worked well for me , probably used about 5 or so and just put them on as you feed the cable into the frame "http://www.mbr.co.uk/how-to-2/silence-bike-four-easy-steps-322631"
My V4 frame came with a 50cm foam tube, that I inserted from the bottom bracket area. Absolutely no noise at all. And put some Slapper Tape on the bottom bracket area where it rubs the cables.
Thanks for the answers. Gonna try if it fits the e4 tomorrow, i also read that the frame only accepts 180mm rotors and not any larger, but this does not seem to be true?
With the zip ties, did you use 5 per cable or 5 cables at altogether?
The E4 does not fit on a XL frame. So some folks got away with using a 203mm rotor, again why does commencal state that the max size for the rear disc is 180mm?Unsecure image, only https images allowed: http://abload.de/img/12650313_1020846358211rqcn.jpg

Has anyone replaced the bottom bracket on theirs yet? This is my first frame with press fit BB, any advice on fitting and better replacement BB than the standard raceface BB which it came with. I think there is a Hope one but think I read elsewhere its a bodge job to get it to fit.
Really easy, just bash out the old one with a hammer and a punch of some sort. New ones go in with a vice or hammer and wood. If you're splashing out on a hope one maybe get some one with a press to do it.
I got a 20quid shimano one off crc, see how long it lasts.
I've contacted Hope to ask what they can do for it. If its an easy job might just do the same as you and fit the cheaper shimano or raceface. Hopefully you will get some good wear out of the shimano one before you need to do it again.
