First off, thanks in advance for helping the old guy newbie. A little background:

I am 30 years old this month and haven't ridden BMX in about 16 years. I am now 6' 6" tall about 200 pounds. Needless to say, I won't be going hard now-a-days. My 5 year old son has started to ride and I want to ride with him. It is impossible (it seems) to get a decent bike with a 22" TT for relatively cheap.

I've done some digging around and found this frame for pretty cheap:

DK Professional Aluminum BMX Cruiser Frame 24" Wheel 22" TT

So two questions. Is this a decent frame (for an old guy not doing too much)? And then, are there any resources around what sizes and types of parts I need to make everything fit right? Thanks again. My apologies if I broke any forum rules. I've spent a good amount of time digging through this forum the past two days and haven't been able to really find the answers I am looking for.

If you are concerned about cost, buy a complete, parting a bike together will cost an arm and a leg ultimately..

GT makes some decent 24".. ive got a Stolen Saint XLT 24" that i like a lot..

If you arent going to be doing much but general riding, spend the money on the kid..

it's 21.6" but with modern geometry it should fit a guy of your size

Thanks for the replies. I ended up doing a bit more research and going with a Sunday Model C.
