Yes. I own and love my Fuel. But for your height, which is about the same as I (5"8") a medium frame would be best. Trek's medium is a 17.5. The 18.5 is a large, and although you could prob swing a leg over it because Trek puts the top tubes low, it will be too long.

I have a Trek Fuel EX 9 and I love it. I am 5 '7 and got a Med (17.5) frame, but I had the shop reduce the reach of the bars by changing the stem. I now wished I went with the Small size frame because of the type of riding I like to do. So, It depends on what type of riding you like to do; do you mainly want to stick to trail riding or are you more inclined to hit every jump possible, like me. The smaller frame will definitely benefit you if you like to jump.
