Haha, I know what you mean. But, you could probably find a bike like that on the island, and it won't cost you for the shipping, which usually end up coming to be a fair bit. Just try and be patient and look around a bit.

well yeah and its the off season i dont really need one till march but i just moved to the island and the weathers great when its not raining you can ride in the middle of winter its great!

If you havn't checked already, checkout usednanaimo.com or usedvictoria.com, you can find some killer deals that are local on those sites.

Yeah, theres many other sites than Pinkbike. Oh man... I saw an add on TV for a website... it was just stuff people were giving away, instead of throwing out, and it had some really sweet stuff on it, but I can't remember the address now. But you'd probably be able to find maybe parts or something on that, if theres a site for Victoria, or Nanaimo?
