Hello Everybody
My name is Gabriel and I'm from Brazil. In 2008 I went to Palmyra, VA and bought a Cannondale Moto Carbon 1. Already in the first months of use I noticed some cracks in the paint next to BB and links. In contact with the Cannondale, I have received no guidance and no support on this issue. Earlier this year, a small jump of 1.5 m, the frame was broken (see photos and video on my profile). In contact with the Cannondale, I was informed that my warranty is not valid, because they say where I bought my Cannondale Moto Carbon 1 is not a authorized delear. When I bought my Moto, I had no idea if the seller was authorized delear, just fell in love with bike and bought. The frame comes new in box and with Warranty Card and when i register that in Cannondale Website, they replied me that my registration was successful. Still do not believe that a great brand like Cannondale does not care about their customers. I'm very sad about this situation.
Someone has had warranty problems with Cannondale?

Get a lawyer in, if it isn't an official dealer something has to been done about them selling faulty bikes, keep contacting Cannondale as well, try and take it to an official dealer to see what they have to say
