I was skeptical about buying a bike from an online retailer instead of local bike shop, but no more. JensonUSA has stood behind my purchase, even when I had to use a local bike shop to service the bike. I will not hesitate to buy from JensonUSA in the future.

5-star rating to James for helping me out on a Fox Float DPS shock. The long of it is I had a handful of $100 Visa debit cards from a work incentive and was going to do some suspension upgrades to my Fezzari Alta Peak. It was a rocky road as Jenson could only accept 3 types of payments per order. James set me up with two $300 gift cards and then put in the order for the Fox shock (and iSSi pedals) for me. There was a lot of back-and-forth to get there, but James was always professional and took care of me. Many other companies could learn from this level of customer service.

JensonUSA is pretty good. Their prices are average for online. Where they have been great for me is fast shipping, and stock for items such as fork rebuild kits, brake lever rebuild kits, etc..
A developing soap box for me is their 15% off coupons included as a postcard with every order. What a waste of paper since they don't seem work on most of their inventory. The coupon has never worked for something in my cart. Today I tried to figure which brands it works on by adding full-priced items to my cart and trying the coupon. Nothing I can find. To name a few failed attempts: Rockshox Reverb, Thule hitch rack, Yakima hitch Rack, Troy Helmet, Five Ten shoes and Bell Helmet. None worked.

I went to Jenson's Website Jensonusa.com to order a 9 speed rear derailleur for my mountain bike, very easy web site to navigate also has a search engine to make your search easier. I went ahead and used to find the part I was looking for, a few days later the part that came in was incompatible because it was made for a 10 speed bike. When I called Jenson they refuse to pay the shipping to send the part back or investigate whether or not they were in the wrong, They just flat out refuse to take any responsibility for their search engine or website. It's not fair that after I spend over $130 on parts, I was talked to like I was trying to get something for free. Sure I may be naive when it comes to bike parts, but I feel that if you have a search engine for guidance and when it does not work you should be responsible. I'm was just trying to exchange the part for one that works, all they had to do was pay for the return shipping. But that's ok I went back to my history on chrome where it clearly shows the part coming up as a 9 speed, and I have report them to Google since god knows why they happen to be one of their trusted stores.
