The bike hire was perfect experience.
The handover was sweet as, checking sag etc. on collection.
The online order system was rider detailed, it required info like rider weight and preferred brake orientation and pedal options etc.
I brought my own pedals, this wasn't an issue either.
Tyres were tubeless with a cushcore on my Specialized Status 160
