Update June 1st 2015:

I just got my local bike shop to change all bushings and pivot bolts for the rear suspension. The bike currently feels like brand new.

I also got new Easton carbon handlebars and Kore Repute 35mm stem.

The bike is now 29.0 lbs (13.15 kg) including pedals.

I bought this Rocky Mountain Altitude 70 frame in late 2013 and installed new parts.

Frame is Form Aluminum with Carbon rear suspension link. Size is Medium, 18 in.
