Who used to ride their mountain bikes
for hours upon end without a care in the world?
With a big group of friends, tearing around town, over fields, through woods, riding old and new paths, walkways or trails. Adventures, exploring, wilderness and nature.
A mountain bike makes these things possible. Nowadays, with the growing number of trail centres and MTB parks worldwide it makes sense to have one bike that can do it all.
The new META Trail V4.2 has a little more travel, front and back with re-worked geometry to fit. It pedals as well as it descends and vice versa.
Many know
Rob Warner from downhill mountain biking but over (many) years he has grown with the sport and seen how it has evolved. These days, if you have a passion for mountain biking it’s impossible not to enjoy this old-school sense of discovery and exploration with the new-school trail bikes and facilities which are so readily available. It’s all about fun and who better to represent that in the world of MTB?
As we present our new
Trail edition to the META family, we welcome our new brand ambassador

I don't support brands that sell that crap.
If they make an E-bike, then they can attract more customers who otherwise would not get into mountain biking (probably). If they have more money, they can lower their prices even more and/or make better bikes.
Plus, E-bikes can get them photographers everywhere and bring us that juicy content.
So I mean yeah they suck but they don't COMPLETELY suck
Affordable, well specced bikes built for riders. Win win!
Warner's the same age as me. I cut my teeth biking in Britain in the early 90s (though now I'm in Colorado). Seeing this reminds me why I love mountain biking. It's not man made trail centers. It's the going out to explore on raw, natural trails. To me that is the trail in mountain biking.

cinematography has changed over the years too. all good. all fun!
But there's STILL NOTHING LIKE A LONG LOW SLACK DH RIG! Ludicrous speed through the chunder? Pass me the DH rig.
Would love to own one of the Meta's though
