Locals2 - Part 2 - Danny Hart and Company

After Part one went live a month ago, part 2 is now live and ready. With Danny Hart, Scott Mears and Harry Molloy.

Sam Oakes also came along to help film the Hart/Mears section, with a limited few days of time to shoot with the super busy Hart it seemed a good idea to get another camera man in too.

This film is a bit of a winter project for me, and as the name suggests, it's the second film in the Locals line. The first one was a film on my scene as well, but the follow up features some bigger name riders, their local riding spots and their home life in the off season. It's a good, honest look at what they get up to in a day - chilling out with mates, the odd event, partying, some moto, BMX, DH.

Minor criticism is the audio needs /levelling/normalising, some interview sections seem way too quiet.

 danny hart; your riding is amazing as well as your skillz, talent, and support crew...but your choice of lycra, spartan looking helmet/cam combo, and bike....are not so.......whats up dude....?

ps: i have no problem with your mumbling, teeth, choice of low cost toothpaste, or no brushing, or lack of proper dentures while you were a teen.....some folks on this forum do, aparently........

 he is Danny Hart, he doesn't have to wear cool clothers while riding "All Mountain"! Don't get me wrong but he can do whatever he wants and it's cool anyway!

 Dude, what's not cool about spandex?? But seriously, Its definitely the most comfortable stuff to wear to ride XC. Nothing to catch on the seat, it just works.

 Good to see he riding mellow terrain and staying healthy for next season. Don't pull a Josh Hill and try your first backflip over 70 footer and bail upside down to break you leg and ruin career. Have to wonder what a top MX racer like Hill was thinking when he attempt something like a flip. Even if he landed it who cares, leave the circus tricks to the performers. Racers should be committed to playing it safe on the offseason and getting the fitness level up.

 I'm ashamed of Harry's skills on a rowing machine... I used to row for 7 years and that's poor lol... But I can't moan really... Because he's a bloody good rider and on a UK company I'm super jealous lol!
