Italian Nation Enduro champ and hes on Flats! Proving all the haters wrong that you can put down enduro power on flat pedals. Flats for life! The man can climb too....but who wants to watch a video of that? Keep ripping Bruno!
  • 2 0
He runs clips too just all depending on the track but no need to wear clips playing around like in this vid.
He does shred no matter if hes running flats or clips! tup

I just got back from 4 days at Whistler riding my 2010 Covert, built up to be as 'park' as possible with a Van coil rear, wide rims, 2.5" tires, real short stem, and a Float 160mm up front. I saw three or four other Coverts while up there, similarly built. While it won't be as forgiving on the downhill and especially in the super rough DH stuff, it was plenty confident on the smoother black runs and jumped just fine. You just can't go hauling into a down hill rock garden at 25mph like on a full DH rig. But then again you can't turn the bike around inside of an hour, spin a few wrenches, make it 29lbs and pedal up the same hill you just came down, on a DH rig. I think this new carbon version will be heaps better than the older aluminum frame.

anyone else know this music off the MX unleashed game?
  • 2 0
i was trying to figure out why i knew that song so well...love that game
  • 2 0
Dude! I STILL play that game. The Rochester track? I race that like crazy. Have it down to a science, know exactly where to gas it, brake, preload, etc... I will never get tired of racing that track.

 hoobastank-out of control
  • 2 1
if this was an advert for the covert... they shoulda told that guy to slow down so everyone could see the bike... looks sweet, basically what i took from that video is that the bike is quick, and you can drag the rear wheel with control, i guess thats good.

Where was this filmed? Looks awesome!! Love transitions. My 450 is awesome, would love a covert as an all mountain bike! Smile

Wow, AWESOME riding aye... He was FLYING through that whole vid, I'm not sure that a guy on a onger travel bike could've done any better. plus that Covert looks to be really fun and "flickable" too... Sweet vid.

Mmm, nice frame! Too much old school yellow(fork) in there for me though. Would have been even nicer in black and white... IMO.

  • 6 7
Is it just me or does that bike look sluggish . Ummmm don't know it just looks like effort to hope and jump . Other than that liked the vid
  • 7 3
no, not just you. i cant put my finger on it but i thought it just looked a bit odd to ride :/
  • 1 2
I think it looks a little off because he is downhilling on an enduro bike with the seat jacked up. Having the seat so high and maneuvering the bike like that will always look and feel a little 'weird' compared to an actual downhill rig.
  • 1 2
I think it has something to do with his bar width, making him look stiff armed and hunched over and "at the end of his rope" half the time. like @2:27, awkward..
  • 2 1
 You guy's talk a lot of sh*t.
  • 2 0
Wasn't meant to be talking sh*t... I think Bruno is absolutely killing it on this bike. Im just saying that it can be difficult and awkward to proper downhill on a trail bike compared to a full dh rig. You just dont have as much clearance from the bike to swing around and keep your motions as fluid since your'e always either hitting your seat or worrying about hitting it. If you've been there, you can relate. It can look odd to some as it changes the riders posture and motions and they're likely not used to seeing it.
  • 1 1
If I buy this bike, will I ride like that too... and also have the same type of tracks to ride ?

Frown
  • 1 0
Anyone know how $$ the frame will be?
  • 2 0
I'm guessing (and planning for) about $1000 more than the aluminum version. Then again the TR guys said they aren't making a lot of dough on this bike, with what they plan to sell it for... so maybe $2200USD frame and shock?
  • 1 0
I hope you're right, because that wouldn't be terrible haha, i think the enduro carbon is like $3300 or something, so ya wouldnt be too bad! thanks.
  • 1 0
Looks like an awesome track. Nice to hear a bit of Hoobastank about too.
  • 1 1
 Mmh..nice ridin...nothing special though:rolleyes: DonĀ“t understand all the exitement about it :/
  • 1 0
I think this dude shoulda bought a downhill rig.
  • 3 4
Looks like a fun trail, a swell bike and he seems like a talented rider. The music? Eh, not so much.
  • 1 0
 that race kit- ughh

 dream bike

 My fav' enduro rider...!
  • 4 7
Mindblowing riding, but bear in mind that this is a DOWNHILL rider riding an enduro bike in a downhill manner and style. The average enduro rider will not do that Wink
  • 2 1
 bullshit!
  • 2 0
he IS a enduro rider , no downhiller
