No. shimano is 2:1 pull ratio, SRAm is 1:1

yes, sram does make shifters for use with shimano. sram attack and sram trx, both in trigger or twist. all other sram shifters are 1:1

but shimano does not make shifters to work with SRAM ders. He has shimano shifter and sram der. You comment is only relevant for the opposite situation
